Nicolo Lozano: Vol. 44 Assistant Articles Editor

Nicolo Lozano is a third year law student at the Shepard Broad College of Law. His article, Can President Trump Become His Own Judge and Jury? A Legal Analysis of President Trump's Amenability to Criminal Indictment and Ability to Self-Pardon was published in Nova Law Review's Volume 43.  Nicolo is the Assistant Executive Editor of Nova Law Review and a Teaching Assistant to Professor Michael Richmond.  Prior to attending law school, he graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  He is currently a corporate law clerk at Holland & Knight.
